He gives them to quirkless people, who tend to become villains. And if he cannot find quirkless villains he just expels them by focusing them into one thing most likely drops of blood or hair and sells them on the black market. --------• In this book Shinso will be in 1-A. Irony was a vigilante whose only purpose was to seemingly cause havoc. Of course, he likes to take care of small crimes here and there but has never really gotten involved in anything too bad as far as they know, so the police didn't find a need to send a hero after him. Izuku, meanwhile, was a quiet nerd who had no life up until he met the number one hero. Now that trouble is stirring in the shadows for Irony, and Izuku's life was getting more and more involved, how will he hide the fact that the two were in fact one and the same person?
