It flashed through my bleak mind like it happened yesterday, the blood still dripped from my small frail hands with it's sticky irony smelling reminder of what I had done but nine years ago... How that day changed my whole life. As most say I'm lucky to have survived,it makes me want to smile but really most don't understand how my heart works now, I declared myself dead that very moment as in yet I no longer live. But I may sit before you, breathing, swallowing my dry words but not once have you seen me alive, not once have you seen me be human. But really I'm far from it... And yet you look at me with no fear, maybe your brave or just plain stupid. I'm an empty shell but yet you want something most have tried to get out of me long before you came along with your new set of quotations and sickening questions.. What you desirably seek out of me. What I seem to lack in all aspects possible. THE REACTION
