Invasion: The idea that the threat to humanity is not simply within the human mind, but that the threat comes from without-something other, alien and external to humanity, is coming to get us remorselessly, without pity or fear. Example: Night of the Living Dead. This fear is usually a metaphor for a current cultural fear within a society-a nation's fear of invasion by another nation, my story create a distinct line between good and evil. Evil is usually always vanquished. In the case of The Exorcist, for example, the film reveals the Christian concept of humanity split between body and soul. The flesh has always been considered the property of Satan while the soul, the property of God. Like the Zombie. The air is getting crisper, the nights are getting longer, and All Zombie Eve draws near. You know what that means: it's time to run and hide yourself as long as you can.
