After Tord was reunited with his giant robot he thought that he'd be able to take over the world, he believed he wouldn't regret his decisions. Oh how he was wrong, whenever he thought about his previous actions he felt like he was being stabbed with multiple knives and the guilt he felt afterwards was unbearable. He had almost killed his friends, friends that had trusted him and took him in almost immediately when he decided to suddenly move back in...and what did he do? He betrayed them, he destroyed their home and most importantly, he destroyed their friendship... A year has past since then and while Edd and the others may be doing well, Tord is struggling with depression big time. He desperately needed and wanted his friends forgivenes, but he knew that he had crossed the line that day. So what happens when Tord leaves the Red Army and tries to start over with his old friends? That is until someone from his past comes knocking at his hospital door and changes everything.

Tom lived most of his life with edd and Matt till his old crush, Tord came and destroyed their home. Tom started getting depressed and isolated himself from everyone around him including edd and Matt. While his depression Tom became a bad alcoholic, and would not eat but only drink. One day Tom found Tord sitting all alone crying on the sidewalk, on the same day Matt and edd started talking to Tom again, not aware of his depression, soon they all find out at the same time.. Will they help Tom? (Btw this book contains some 13+ stuff and Tom x Tord... duh... also it also contains edd being jelly of Tord for taking Tom, but there will be eddmatt later... so ye)

(oof) Tom is a normal guy hanging with his normal friends. At least, that's what he wants them to believe. Due to his "unique" appearance, he was tested on after his parents died. Unfortunately, one of those tests failed miserably, and now Tom is stuck with a horrid demon in his body, one that only activates if he is afraid. Not being afraid is hard, especially for him. Even though he's gotten better at controlling his fears, he worries for Edd and Matt when they fight. He knows it's because of him. Edd has been more abusive and furious with Tom with each passing day. And it's hard not being afraid when Tord joins the picture. As his childhood bully, it isn't hard to not have fears about him.
