Leinani Ho had an unachievable legacy to live up to. Her grandmother was a hero, and Fire Lord Zuko never let anyone forget it. Desperate to escape such expectations, Leinani leaves the Fire Nation capital and moves to Republic City to make a name for herself. She wants nothing more to do with any sort of Avatar-related business or anything that could somehow result in her being compared to her grandmother, Saki.
