This is a continuation of " If Only....I Could Forgive Myself . Can brings Sanem home from Chania to begin their fairy tale life together. They have forgiven each other and themselves, but others are destined to interfere and try to take back what was once theirs.

He is gone, Can is gone, and Sanem must learn to live his life without the one who had become the centre, the essence. Two souls hundreds of kilometres apart, lost but never forgotten, two hearts beating the same rhythm without having the courage to admit it.

What have Can and Sanem experienced in the year that their hearts have been apart? And now that fate has allowed their eyes to meet again and their souls to feel the strength of that unconditional love once more, how will they ever forgive each other? 10 minutes can be an eternity or a blink of an eye depending on where you're standing. For Sanem Aydin it was all the time it took to loose what she loved more than life itself, but she wouldn't look back. In 10 minutes she would be his if only he would ask. 10 minutes or less. 10 minutes was all it took to see him drunk. 10 minutes later Can Divit had a companion. 10 minutes more was all he needed to get the blond into his bed. 10 minutes was all it took to realize he had made a horrible mistake, but his ego and his pride wouldn't let him turn around and go back. When he finally came to his senses after swimming in his own guilt for weeks on end he all but ran to buy a ticket back home but he was 10 minutes too late. Flights were sold out. For the next 10 minutes he called her number but there was no response. The night would be endless but when he finally made it back he may as well have been a ghost. It was his fault he knew it and he was prepared to crawl back on hands and knees. He begged for 10 minutes of her time. Just 10 minutes to explain but she was gone and it would take what felt like a lifetime before he saw her again. 10 minutes to fall in love again. Will that be enough time to change the course of a love story once again. Sanem Aydin and Can Divit will discover if love lasts a lifetime or if 10 minutes was all they had left.

Can is very disappointed and angry to find out that Sanem has sold her perfume to Fabbri, and is convinced that their relationship is over. Polen tries in every way to take advantage of the situation to come between the two of them and get her ex boyfriend back. Sanem is devastated and has to make drastic decisions in order to continue her life without him, she has to defend herself from so much pain, she has to get away from everything and everyone. Can will come to understand that he has acted too much when it is too late, Sanem has left Istanbul and nobody knows where she has gone. How can he remedy his mistake if he can't reach her to talk to her? It can't be over just like that, he has to do something, he has to ask her for another chance, another chance to love again.

This is a fanfiction story, about what could happen in Hercai, the amazing Turkish show. Please note, I don't own the characters nor the pictures, and these scenes are not related to the book, but I was inspired by its characters, created by the writers of Hercai Dizi. I only write about them and possible scenarios that could happen in the show! This story is inspired by Can Yaman's 2018-2019 series Erkenci Kus and its main characters of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. This storyline features our lovers in a gender-flipped, modern-day Pride and Prejudice situation.
