Rook, a max-level veteran of the FPS/milsim game QRF (Quick Response Force), has survived every map, every raid, every nightmare patch the devs have unleashed. Zombies, militias, quarantined islands-he's beaten them all. But during the new update Operation Cold Tide, something happens mid-evac. His SH-60 helicopter glitches mid-flight. He crashes in a forest he doesn't recognize. He feels pain-real pain. His HUD is gone. His weapons are real. And the world around him is not the game anymore. Now trapped in a medieval, pre-renaissance fantasy world filled with magic, monsters, kingdoms, and politics, Rook must survive using nothing but his modern gear, experience, and instincts. No respawns. No safe zones. No NPC backup. Just a gamer... ...thrown into a world that runs on steel and sorcery. Can a top-rank FPS operator survive a world powered by magic? Or will this new reality be his final mission?

When the world changed, no one saw it coming. One moment, satellites mapped the skies; the next, the stars themselves were gone. In a single instant, every nation, every city, every soldier of Earth vanished-reborn beneath alien constellations in a realm of dragons, immortal kings, and forgotten gods. Steel met sorcery. Gunfire echoed through lands that had never known thunder. Now, armies of men find themselves standing on the borders of empires older than history. Diplomats face monarchs who rule by divine right, scientists struggle to explain magic that laughs at physics, and generals must decide whether to conquer, ally... or simply survive. As new wars ignite and ancient prophecies awaken, humanity must answer a single question: Are we the intruders in this world-or its salvation?

Everything changed in an instant. In the blink of an eye, the world we knew was gone. Are we truly still on the same planet? All we can do now is look upward, confront the unknown, and keep moving forward-into a world that offers no clear answers, only questions. Does this mark the trial of a god? A divine plan? Or is it merely an opportunity-ours to seize or squander as the sun sets on what once was? Let us hope we are prepared for the worst... When two worlds collide, what will follow? Will reason prevail? Will they seek mutual understanding, or will ambition and fear lead us to go M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction) a War Without Reason? [Literally The semi Modern-Future era (Earth) x Terra (Arknights) shinanigan]

Beneath the classified depths of Area 51, a decades-long black project known as Project ARKSEK has achieved what was once thought impossible: the creation of a stable, functional gateway to another world. In the wake of this discovery, the United States mobilizes its most advanced and sophisticated military units and scientific minds to establish the first human presence beyond the Gate. However, this new world "Terra" is no uninhabited frontier. It is a planet shaped by its own complex histories, fractured societies and scarred by Catastrophe. Home to diverse nations built upon the foundation of Originium, an enigmatic mineral that fuel its entire civilizations but also spreads a deadly disease that has no cure, known as Oripathy. What begins as an exploration mission slowly becomes something far more complicated. Fraught with dangers unlike anything humanity has ever encountered before. As American forces attempt to understand and navigate this alien yet familiar landscape, they will be forced to confront questions of morality, control, diplomacy and weighing the cost of intervention. What they will find on the other side may change the future of both worlds. For better or for worse. Every discovery always has a cost. And some doors, once opened, cannot be closed. For centuries, humanity battled its own demons-war, destruction, the ever-present shadow of extinction. But against all odds, it endured. Nations united, wounds healed, and a single banner rose above the entire Earth: United Earth Government and later the United Federation of Planets. By the year 2288, humanity had transformed from a fractured species into a galactic civilization. The Federation stretched across the stars, its influence reaching every corner of the Milky Way. It was an era of peace, progress, and unmatched technological triumph. And yet... they were alone. No matter how far their ships traveled or how many worlds they surveyed, there was no sign of other intelligent life. The universe vast, ancient, and beautiful remained eerily silent. Theories once whispered in academic circles, the "Great Filter," the "Rare Earth" now loomed large and terrifying. Was intelligence a cosmic accident? Was humanity the only one to make it this far? Then, everything changed. On the eve of humanity's historic voyage to Andromeda (M31). As their science vessel prepared for its journey across 2.6 million light years, something unprecedented occurred. In a flash, space itself seemed to twist and fold, as the Milky Way merged with another galaxy in instant, one far larger and older than their own. Now, in this strange, limitless frontier, humanity's greatest adventure was only just beginning. Would they adapt and survive, or uncover something beyond their wildest understanding? Only time would reveal the truth... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heavily influenced by Nihonkoku Shoukan by Minorou, Anime GATE and various nation summoned novels here in wattpad.
