No one knows how, but it somehow became a tradition. Whenever a new pillar inhabited the water estate, they'd add a new edition to the garden. These came in a wide variety, ranging from large floral bushes, to carnivorous plants, to simple garden decor. At midnight, when the moon was high at the sky's peak, they wrote in the abandoned journal of the very first water pillar, detailing what they added, why, and how to take care of it. He lives without the one person that he loved so dearly in a way undescribeable in words, and it tears him further everyday. All he has become, though, through Sabito's kind words is a torn, broken and damaged heart that desires, pursues something far out of grasp. He's just so distraught, miserable to the bone. If only the other Hashira new his pain, yet he knows it wouldn't matter. He doesn't deserve them, he doesn't deserve his title, his fame, even his life. He just wants love. Sabito's warming, sweet and cheery self to be alive once more, he would do anything for.
