Rachel Rayven went on a school trip to Japan and realised two things: she wanted to play volleyball and win, and she wanted to meet the boy who gave her his handkerchief, Kageyama Tobio. Three years passed, and she was transferred to Karasuno High school, where she got to see him and his new volleyball team. Did he remember her? Would they become friends? Would they become something more? These were the things that went through her head as she joined him in his journey to the Nationals, and in his journey of life, with her past life refusing to leave her alone.
