karasuno. fallen powerhouses. that's what people think of when they are told about karasuno. after all, they're right. the karasuno boys volleyball team has no hope for winning, while the girls team are doing amazing, but are restricted from entering the nationals due to the fact they're women. second year, yuu michimiya, newly reborn captain of karasuno's boys volleyball team, pleads that the girls take his spot in nationals. of course, the principal disagrees. so they make a deal. if the girls team can make it to at least the semi-finals of the spring tournament, in the boys league, they could take up the spot that the karasuno boys team had left behind. this deal was immediately unfair as a pair of first years, hinata shoyo, and kageyama tadao are requested to play for the girls karasuno volleyball team.
