Much to Horace Slughorn's dismay, Artemis Potter and Tom Riddle seem to have drifted apart a little despite having spent the summer holidays with each other. So, of course, it is upto him to bring them closer once more. Somedays, he wanted them to hold-hands and walk in the ancient corridors of Hogwarts, making puns and fondly arguing. Somedays, he just wanted to sit on a sofa and stare at her as she drew him with charcoal, thanking whatever deity existed beyond the mortal plane that he was fortunate enough to be with her, despite his faults. Somedays, he wished the moments he spent with her could be expanded to last forever. Then, there were some days when he had to swallow the urge to blurt out that he loved her and those were the days that he adored the most. Messrs Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs certainly feel quite accomplished after completing what they dub as the Marauder's Map. A map designed to show every classroom, hall, corridor, and even secret passageway of the Hogwarts Castle but also capable of identifying every person, ghost, and poltergeist roaming about. Or so they thought. It takes Elspeth Hayes casually strolling down the corridor one afternoon for the boys to realise that she's not showing up on the map and they want to figure out why. As a result of this, she would often turn into a white rabbit in her sleep, releasing large amounts of destructive aura as the sleep-hopping bunny moved throughout the Hogwarts grounds. For her safety, and the safety of the other students and teachers, her group of friends would all assume their animagus forms and help move her to a safe place in the Forbidden forest. An unfortunate secondary effect of her magic was that it acted like a beacon, drawing all manners of dangerous creatures to her particularly werewolves (who's favorite prey was rabbits). Consequently, many of these nights were spent by the boys defending her against werewolves, only to wake up in the woods all curled around her. She had no memory of the event, and would spend the next several days apologizing and caring for them, while they'd all laugh and brush it off because protecting her was their golden rule.

[Book 5] The Triwizard Tournament was expected to be dangerous but no one actually expected someone to die. However, in the eyes of many, no one died because Milo Potter and his little brother, Harry Potter returned seemingly unharmed. However, what most aren't aware of, is while it looks like Harry and sounds like Harry, the boy walking around claiming to be him, is actually James Potter. Back from the dead and inside of his son's body, James is back in the Wizarding World, reunited with his son, Milo, and his best friends while Harry remains in the Elysian Fields. Voldemort is back but no one seems to believe Milo, "Harry," or Elspeth as they were witnesses to it all. With no solid proof as Voldemort goes into hiding and the group must keep the Gods and Goddesses a secret, they have no choice but to face the cover-up that the Ministry is attempting to implement. Unfortunately, it comes down to all of them facing the treachery that is the woman by the name of Dolores Jane Umbridge. While Harry enjoys the life of what could have been, Milo has to team up with his father as Hogwarts falls under the reign of a tyrant. All the while, James Potter has to remember that not only is he not James, he's also fifteen again as he joins the Order of the Phoenix for the second time. [Cover by -voidlegends]
