Shoto todoroki meets his cousin on his moms side. Victor is one with the ice similar to the young todoroki. So when he teaches Shoto about skating, Shoto wants to learn more and begs his mom to do classes. Soooo, I just decided I wanted to do this, I'm just gonna post the first chapter and if ya'll want me to continue it I will. It probably won't be more than three chapters long. If I get enough requests for more it may be longer. Anyways, this won't be any smutty type stuff, it's just a quick story. The baseline is that Todoroki got attacked and knocked out by the League of Villains, he lost his memories because of how hard he hit his head and the villains retrain him. Shigaraki starts to take a liking to him but doesn't show it well (*cough cough* man child *cough cough*). In the end Todoroki, now a fully trained villain, reencounters class 1A, what happens next you'll find out.
