He blames himself for it and he's fallen into a Depressive state because of these two things. His Boyfriend Fell, is trying to convince him that was t wasn't his fault and there was no way that he could've known that would happen - but Sans not being there and knowing that Would happen is Why Sans is blaming himself. Fell's Brother 'Red', who was Sans' Brother's Boyfriend blames him for it everyday and all day. He even beat up Sans because of what happened. By this point..Sans doesn't think that he'll stop thinking about what happened, nor would he stop blaming himself for what happened to his Brother.. - "I'm sorry Paps..I hope that you can forgive from where you are now"
