Prince meets a girl named Maeve online under the username Mr. Goodnight. They have been talking for over a year, and are planning to meet up in Los Angeles. The stars seem to align for him, until they don't and the universe has something different planned for Prince. Rachelle, Prince's assistant and single mother, always makes sure that her boss is well taken care of. As it turns out, what he had been looking for had been there in front of him all along, and Rachelle's role in his life has been far greater.

Prince's inspiration to write songs and compose music has fizzled, leaving him concerned where the rest of his career is headed since he's only in his late 40s.
