A whole new world opens up to Lisa after others' minds are opened to her own. --- Lisa Hak's world was pretty much turned onto one side after she gained the ability to read minds. Sure, it was a cool ability... when it's controlled. Unfortunately for her, she has to act as if a simple touch is the end of the world for her as it opens the window into others' internal worlds. The idea of having a superhuman ability isn't the unbelievable part -- there were plenty of people in costumes flying around the city and making insurance companies really work for their paychecks. Lisa just didn't realize that it'd soon be a vital part of her own life. That is until she meets someone whose mind is completely locked off to her. --- All characters and scenarios are fiction. Any resemblances to real life events are purely coincidental. This story was written by and completely belongs to me, Ellie Rose. No copies of chapters or excerpts may be made without consequence. Word Count: TBD...

Everything happens for a reason. That is the undeniable truth of every outcome. While it may not seem like it at first, the reason always comes out eventually. Wendy Myer lived on her own after her parents disappeared many years ago. Plagued by the memories that aren't hers, she can't help but wonder the origins of some of the more... unnatural parts of the story. That was until Nolan Wilson came into the picture. Together, the two navigate through beautiful locations to find the truth of the superhuman source behind her parents and herself... while Wendy continuously suffers from jet lag. -- All rights are reserved to me, Ellie Rose/a_caramel_apple. All characters and events in the story are fictional and any real life events and people are coincidental. Warning: graphic violence scenes and themes of suicide.

This is a story about bullying, and like the hundreds of other books on the topic, it will show you the harsh reality of what it is like to be discriminated, belittled, ridiculed for something you cannot control- how you look, who you love, or what you believe in. But unlike these books, this story's sole purpose is not to tear your heart out of your chest as you mourn over your loss of faith in humanity. Instead, this book will make you laugh and love alongside these characters. Just like in life, there will be moments of dread and surrender, but there will be just as many moments of happiness, laughter, and love. Naomi Lorraine, more commonly known as Nerdy Naomi with her thick-rimmed glasses and straight-A report card, is the most unpopular girl in her small school, Dartwell High. And even with the help of her snarky attitude, that doesn't stop her from getting bullied by everyone, every day. She only has to survive the laughs, insults, and bruises her senior year will bring before being free from the prison we know as high school. However, her final year in high school won't be how she planned when she catches the attention of the three new senior transfer students: Bennett Frazier, Jordan Wallace, and Declan Lynch. Their unordinary friendship may be what will save Naomi, not just from her bullies, but from herself. - This is a stand-alone story inspired by my 2015 Wattys Talk of the Town Award Winner TGGBB or "The Good Girl's Bad Boys: The Good, The Bad, and The Bullied". It is a separate work from TGGBB Series. Readers of TGGBB and Rereaders of this story will not be tolerated in spoiling the story for First Time Readers. Trigger Warning: Contains depictions of violence, bullying (based on racism, gender, sexuality, and more), sexual harassment and assault, mental abuse, and cursing in languages other than English (Yes, I have found a loophole on my no cursing rule).

Book Two of TGGBB Series Naomi Lorraine, who used to be or still known as Nerdy Naomi, looks forward in her thick rimmed glasses to a life without the fear of being bullied. She no longer has to take up the laughs, insults, and bruises high school once gave her, at least she hopes not as much. With her bullies finally realizing there's no point to dedicating their lives to make one person miserable, Naomi thinks she can live out the rest of her life normally. That is until her childhood friend, Dominic, crashes back into her life, throwing out that hope of having a normal life- Not like she had one in the beginning. That is because she has the Three Musketeers -Bennett Frazier, Jordan Wallace, and Declan Lynch- by her side. Together, they faced the adventures life threw at them and would have never thought that anything, or anyone, could break them. Oh, but don't worry. Really, you're overthinking things here. This is nothing to stress over about. It's still quite simple really. She's still their good girl. And they're still her bad boys. Right?

If you're judging this book by its cover and title, you're already proving the point this story wants to make. Try to move past this satirical obstacle in front of you. This is a story about bullying, and like the hundreds of other books on the topic, it will show you the harsh reality of being discriminated, belittled, ridiculed for something you cannot control- how you look, who you love, or what you believe in. But unlike these books, this story's sole purpose is not to tear your heart out of your chest as you mourn over your loss of faith in humanity. Instead, this book will make you laugh and love alongside these characters. Just like in life, there will be moments of dread and surrender, but there will also be moments of happiness, laughter, and love. - Naomi Lorraine, better known as Nerdy Naomi with her thick-rimmed glasses and straight-A report card, is the most unpopular girl in her school. Even with the help of her sarcastic comebacks, that doesn't stop her from getting bullied by everyone in Dartwell High. Every day her childhood bully, Raymond Meyers, knocks her off her feet, literally. However, she can't do anything but survive the laughs, insults, and bruises high school gives her. There are three senior transfer students, dubbed the Three Musketeers: Bennett Frazier, Jordan Wallace, and Declan Lynch. All in one day, Naomi catches their attention one by one. With her snarky attitude, but innocent look, they can't help but want her. But not the way you're thinking. Oh no, not like that. Instead, it's probably the whole opposite. It's quite simple really. She'll be their good girl. And they'll be her bad boys. ~ [This story is a first draft written by a 13 to 15-year-old girl so it has its fair share of grammar mistakes and plot holes.] Wattys 2015 Talk of the Town Award Second Place Story of 2015 Best Humor and Overall Points of The Fiction Awards 2016 Third in the Writers Awards 2016 Highest Ranks: #1 Humor, #1 Teen Fiction
