Montgomery De La Cruz spent his summer before senior year with a boy he met at a party: Winston Williams. At first it was only a hookup, but Monty found himself going back to Winston. Winston let him back, even though he got beat up by him. They solved all their problems with each other, talked about their lives, bonded, kissed, made love, and then parted. Monty was afraid of having to come out because he was afraid of what others would say. He chose to keep Winston secret which caused them to split. This story begins when Hannah first moves into town and will follow the order of the episodes. However, I will rewrite the way the episodes play out so that Clay says what he should have said throughout all the things that happen to Hannah. Maybe he could save her?

I for one was devastated by the ending of 13 Reasons Why so I've written a new one for any other people distraught over the tragedy that was Hannah passing away leaving Clay without the love of his life.
