Not enough people are aware of depersonalization or even know it exists. I want to try to write about it, how to know you have it, information about it, what it feels like, or just what people who experience it, like me, go through. I know it's not well written but I'm trying lol

I've come to notice that this is barely talked about. Most people don't even know this exists, yet half the population experiences it at least once in their life time. It's crazy right? I want to change that. I want to bring awareness to this. It can be scary to tell people you feel this way in fear of sounding crazy because it sounds so strange and out there. I don't want people to be afraid like I am. I don't want pity, I just want to help. I'll even encourage you to leave a comment or write your own story about your experiences if it helps you vent. It's different for everyone, maybe you want to show a different side of it. With that being said.. This is what it's like to have an episode
