Kusuo still has his powers and memories since he was born but he won't let his new family or anyone know unless it is a life and death situation with no other choice. This time, this time Kusuo will control his powers and try not to kill anyone. And it seems like he got 2 new powers that arrived ever since he was born but it will awaken when he is 4 years old.
