The latter yanked his hands away and pulled the sleeve down, covering the wounds again and turned to face the nature again, leaning down on the railing with his arms resting on it. Jimin was still shocked. He couldn't believe what he saw on the latter. He didn't want to.
Jungkook stared at the sky, with eyes deprived of any emotion.
"W-What di-"
"How did you hurt your head?"
He asked Jimin, completely ignoring his question even though he knew what he was about to say. The tone of his voice was soft, contrast to what the other saw imprinted on his body. Jimin stared back at him, jaw still hung low, but he decided not to say anything about it. He realized that Jungkook might not be ready. He went beside him and stood, following his stare to the sky and answered his question in a shaky tone of voice.
"I f-fell. That's all."
From his peripheral vision, he saw Jungkook smile. But his eyes were dead. Jungkook's ebony brown eyes casted down to his welted and bruised arm and then travelled back to the sky. The silence was short-lived before Jungkook spoke again.
"I fell a lot too, Jimin."
