Phila, the new leader of her small, and humble country right after her twin was revoked of his position and she was ordered by UN to take over their country to which she happily did. Phila is an unpredictable woman, many of the other countryleaders watched and anticipated her every move. Phila is a young, smart, and brave woman. Unafraid to speak up to anyone and for anyone. She wouldn't think twice about meddling with another country's affairs and help them resolve their issue. But not only is she beautiful and smart, she can also be very cruel. She could compete with any male leaders in the world if she wishes to. But what happens if North Korea, a man filled with pride who's unafraid to terminate ANYONE, meets Phila, an unpredictable woman with no one to fear?
