Frank Iero meets a man in a bar one night when he's drinking as a minor. Gets a ride home, and then the next few days, he finds out this mysterious man turns out to be someone he has to learn from, five days a week.

Gerard Way is twenty five, and can't hold down a job due to his voice. Rather, his lack of one. When he's offered a job at a record company, he gladly takes it, and serves as assistant to CEO Frank Iero. He never knew how close he would get to him; even with all the obstacles in the way. (A note: Bert is highly involved in this fic, but he is *not* a villain. Please don't treat him as such)

Donna and Donald went through a long and horrible divorce, leaving their Children; Gerard and Mikey to pick between parents. Gerard stayed with mom and Mikey went with dad. After about a year, Donna gets a new boyfriend and they get married, leaving Gerard with a new step-brother, much to his despise. But then, Donna gets a horrible phone call one night from the police saying that Frank (Frank's dad) was in an accident and unfortunately didn't make it. She went under extreme depression leaving the two boys with a mother (or step-mother) that was somewhat unstable. So with a mother who was always crying and wallowing in self-pity, will the two boys actually suck it up and talk to each other when there is no one else? And maybe they get too friendly with each other...

Frank Iero is just like any other teenager; living a normal life with an absent father and drunk mother. He has been the 'trouble-maker' of the school ever since kindergarten, where he made his title by cutting girls' hairs and pushing boys. Frank is openly gay and the new art teacher Mr. Way catches his attention, making his purpose to get into Mr. Way's pants, without knowing anything about him. But Mr. Way has secrets, and they both know how dangerous the situation will be, not to mention illegal.
