Teddy Lupin had a bad start in life; orphaned by one month old and raised by his grandma andromeda. Now 16 life is great; a beautiful girlfriend a make shift family and he's now a prefect. He is also an metamorphorphus , a person able to change their appearance. But can a person who can look like whoever they want find out who they really are?

This is a headcanon story based on a theory I have about Remus and Tonks at the Yule Ball. So in this fanfic Remus is in sixth year and Tonks in fourth. Everything else is factually accurate apart from the whole Yule ball thing. This is a very short story, probably about five chapters.

Sequel to Remus Lupin: Lone Marauder although it can be read as a stand-alone story. After the death of his friend Sirius Black, Remus throws himself into his work with the Order. Quiet and aloof from most of the other Order members he secretly rejoices when he is paired with the young Nymphadora Tonks. Tonks continually tries to convince Remus that he is deserving of more than a solitary existence. Stubborn and set in his belief that he is undeserving of affection Remus resists her advances. In a misguided attempt to protect her Remus throws himseld into harms way when he removes himself from her life. This is story of how the lost werewolf eventually found where he belonged and the determined witch who never gave up.

This fanfiction is slow and building, taking time to develop a sense for the characters and their feelings. The plot focuses on Tonks' and Remus' personal lives, their lives working with the Order, and obviously their lives together as they try and figure out their feelings for each other. This fanfiction starts out at the beginning of The Order of The Phoenix and skips over most of the things already told in the book. (e.g. I don't write about Tonks and Harry packing up to go to headquarters, because J.K. wrote that from Harrys perspective in the book.) My sources of course are The Harry Potter books and Pottermore. I have taken some creative license to write about things such as the death of Remus' father, but I make sure everything matches up with what we've learned from Jo. Of course it's not what J.K. has imagined, but if she ever writes anything more on the subject I will edit and expand. If you're more into quick to the point fics, this probably isn't for you.
