Some might think this situation would make Dream more responsible, but he went down the same path as his mother. From getting high everyday to crashing at his friends house, it seemed like there was no end. George on the other hand was a little different. He had his mom and his sister, and his brain. George was incredibly smart, he was definitely going places. The downside of this was bullies, George is bullied constantly and can't stand up for himself. He is grateful for what he has, but he sometimes wish he could just do something to take the edge off. George has issues. A lot of them, actually. His mother was diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago; his friends left him shortly after he'd suddenly vanished for two weeks, not responding to any messages or calls; and he was working two jobs a day - just to afford living here somehow. He felt as if he was all alone in the whole world - and almost everything made him feel absolutely gutted about it. So it's no surprise he felt the need to do something for it to go away. trigger warning! self-harm mentions
