As if Harry wouldn't kiss him gingerly and dote on him until he fell asleep leaving Louis to slip out of their bed and walk the rooms that no longer felt like home, alone. Gathering what remained of something else he once held close to his heart into another trash bag. "Loving you was my greatest mistake." The door clicked far too loud behind himself and his knees felt weaker than they normally did his words floating far too heavily in the air as Harry choked a final "please?" Fists hitting the door as it closed in his face. Or The AU where Louis and Harry both think the other is dead until their rival bosses force them to work together.
