Ouma Kokichi has always been an odd person. Constantly wearing a mask during his everyday school life, and only taking it off a rare few times. At least, that's till you throw some zombies and the apocalypse in the mix. It's been almost a year of him surviving mostly on his own, when he meets a group of survivors by accident one day. His whole loner life explodes into a mess of hell, confusion, betrayal and hatred. Kokichi Ouma died in an accident waking up at his funeral, the only person that can see him is Himiko. Will the lonely ghost pull through and find a way to make the others see him? Kokichi awakens, and upon realizing he was stuck in a virtual killing game, he panics. Despite how tired he was of all the l i e s, he kept up his charade, his mask. Secluding himself away from the others, Kaito and Shuichi seem to begin to see past his mask. With Kaito's hero like mindset and Shuichi's curiosity of the boy's real personality, they plan to break away Ouma's mask. They never planned on falling for the liar.

Suichi quickly pegged the boy as an enemy- and just as he did, began to have more confusing feelings about the strange boy he was trapped with. There will probably be spoilers for all of DRV3

Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko finally escapes the killing game, and decides to keep walking forward to the white void, until they can reach home. They were walking. Walking. and Walking. Until, Shuichi suddenly finds himself in a dark room with code in front of him. He finds out that the code can manipulate the entire world he lives in.
