Shiromiya Yoru is an ordinary human who was going to be a high school student soon. She decided to stay with her younger cousin, Higurashi Kagome until she graduates from high school. However, her life changed after she and Kagome got dragged into 500 years in the past, known as the Sengoku (Feudal) era and she meets Sesshomaru who supposedly is her familiar.

Kimora Laurent is an eighteen, year old soon to be College Freshman. Born into a family of constantly moving jobs and homes, she has grown accustomed to not staying in the same place for long. Until her parents inform her a week before her High School Graduation that they will be moving to Japan to take care of her sickly Grandmother. Kimora had plans to go to College to study history but now it seems like her own history won't be written the way she initially intended.
