Frankie Winchester, younger sister to Dean and older sister to Sam. They all have grown up as part of the family business, but when her and her father, John, get into a fight over Sam being in college, she leaves. She packs her bags and moves to Charming, California. She had never been to Charming before, and she hoped it was a good sign that her father would never find her, and neither would her brother Dean. At least, until he stopped following their Dad's every order without a question. She lands a job at a local beauty salon, named Ada's, where she does hair, makeup and nails. She had gone to college for almost a year, when her father was on the hunt for yellow eyes. She had finished cosmetology school before they had to pack up and leave. So, now she was a certified salon worker. Obviously the job didn't pay well, but she still ran credit card frauds all of the time, same as her father and brothers. While in Charming, she meets Gemma Teller-Morrow. Gemma is one of her clients, and after their first sessions together, Gemma invites Frankie out for coffee. Gemma knew Frankie was new to the town, but she felt some type of vibe from her. The vibe was unknown, but Gemma was determined on figuring Frankie out.
