Kuroo and the K9's start to amass a sturdy foothold as a reputable gang in Tokyo, even though he keeps his pack small. Two groups that go head to head are more connected than they think, federal agents and innocents get mixed up with the charismatic members on both sides. Love, sex, and the intricacies of being criminals aren't the only issue these men are facing. A common enemy moves in, pushing the two groups together while it tears apart the foundation of each one.
