Growing up with a nickname like Misery can seem like the worst thing to happen to a girl. That is, until you find out that your father is a serial killer. Ten years after escaping the town that would never allow her to escape her father's dark shadow, Missouri Jacobs returns to Faulkner Montana with one mission in mind. She needs to settle her family's estates, then she can take that money and start a new life, maybe even with a new name, someplace no one knows her or the stories that surrounded her family. However, returning to her childhood home brings back all of the memories Missouri has been spending years trying to forget. And a chance run in with a boy she once loved with all of her heart makes not drowning in those memories over and over even harder. All set to leave, Missouri wants nothing more than to put Faulkner and everything that happened there truly in the past once and for all, but then... Another girl goes missing. Then another. Then another. Wrapped in a fog of déjà vu and separating the present from her past, Missouri is determined not to be blindsided this time. This new killer might be playing games with her, but this time, she's going to be the one to end this all, or she'll die trying.

[COMPLETED] My grandmother is a witch. My mother is a witch. My sisters are witches. Even my daddy is a warlock when he's not moonlighting as a rat (a consequence of the aforementioned grandmother's temper). So you would think I would be a witch too, right? Nope. Not a spark of magic resides in my fingertips, and even worse, I'm beginning to think I'm allergic to magic. Kind of a big problem when you live in the middle of the most magical town in Mississippi. I'm just biding my time until I turn eighteen. Then, I can pack my bags and move out into the real world- with the normal humans. Until then, I just have to survive my grandmother's experiments, my sister's nasty temper, and the charms of the town's bad boy, Ash Goodwin. Easy...ier said than done.

'Don't look, Lillian. Never look into the eyes of a Sin-Eater, you will be as cursed as he is and will forever languish in darkness.' Lillian Elmes remembers the warning her mother gave her about the town's Sin-Eater only too well. How could she not when she'd ignored it as a child, only to find herself plagued with nightmares when she'd seen with her own eyes what the dark work of the Sin-Eaters entailed? Now an adult, Lilian's curiosity still burns deep, especially when she crosses paths again with the town's freshly-appointed Sin-Eater, the mysterious and strangely alluring, Daniel Carver. Desperate to find out whether the rumours about the dark priests are true, Lillian makes the journey into the forest to spy on Daniel in his woodland cottage, only to realise that she really should have heeded her mother's warning all those years before. For Lillian Elmes, looking into the eyes of the Sin-Eater is going to bring her far more than she had ever imagined it would - murder and mayhem, ghosts that just won't lay to rest and an attraction that might just be more lethal than the undead who've started rising from their graves.

"Reject me." His eyes lightened a little, with surprise and he pulled away from me slightly. "Reject me Will, I dare you." The future is what you make of it. Although for Cleo, the future was not something she had any control over. The life she once knew was gone in a single breath, and from that moment on it was a dark and twisted nightmare. The plot to kill her was inevitable-with a psychotic and jealous blonde at the helm, but it was the unexpected betrayals that kept her in the fight. Who knew reclaiming control over one's future would include so much fur? •ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED TO ME• Please don't copy/steal my ideas. It's not cool. I've worked really hard to make this story amazing and something everyone will love. If you have any questions/inquiries about my book, please DM me immediately- I would love to talk to you about it!
