This history is about how fucked up are Charles and Erik after the "Days Of Future Past". They can't admit how they feel about each other. They never talked about that, they never had a kiss (so far)... But they love each other.

Charles is unhappy with his life, one day he decides to replace his incomplete chess set and meets Erik. Erik has been miserable from a young age and has found hope in his and Charles' friendship. Together the pair of them play a lot of chess and learn that they're not the only people with unbelievable gifts like the ones they have.
