4-year old prince Todoroki went on a picnic trip with his mother, Rei Todoroki. Todoroki wanders off chasing a butterfly and get's lost. He meets a young 7-year old blonde boy, who takes him to their village. Bakugo, the blonde boy, and his friends all got the magic already. Even tho Todoroki hasn't got his magic yet, they still play with the young prince. Endeavor & Rei and looking for their son when they come across the village, but the whole village loves Todoroki so they tell the King & Queen that he isn't there. Will the King & Queen ever find their son? Will Todoroki learn how to use his magic? Will he even get his magic?

Due to an incident in the dorms, students have to now be paired up in rooms. Todoroki freaks out when he finds out he has to pair up with the one and only Katsuki Bakugou. They had been dorm neighbors before but now they have to share one room. This wouldn't be a problem for most, but now Todoroki's afraid of Bakugou finding out his secret or rather secrets.
