In this world it is very common for people to have powers, they say only 5/1,000 people are Infirmi. Which makes them degraded by people with Aucturita. Virgil Solus is seen as a Infirmi to his classmates and everyone around him. He doesn't let them now he does have Auctorita. He already gets shunned enough for what he looks like and then being considered a Infirmi makes the bulling much worse, but no one can know his power.
