This is the story of Izuku Midoriya otherwise known as Dekiru! Izuku meets All Might three years earlier than UA and this leads to him gaining OFA sooner. This allows him to gain a better body suited to controlling OFA and access to full cowling since Izuku is smarter here than canon. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Inko Midoriya died due to undiagnosed cancer during the first year of training. All Might adopted Izuku since it would be the Bakugo's that would take him in. All Might, however, knew of Izuku's past and refused to let him into that home. Oh and he selected his pro gamer loadout so he is OP to the max. His family tries to get rid of him but he just leaves anyway. OOOH and Asuna Yuuki apparently has a very powerful ice quirk...
