Izuku was known as a late bloomer, he got his quirk at the age of six but just for that he would ge bullied it was mostly just being called names, being pushed around but one person took it to far his name was Katsuki Bakugou he would use his quirk to beat Izuku giving him burn marks, scars and bruises. Izuku had no friend's people were scared of what people would do when he froze time but when he met Ejiro Kirishima they became best friend's and always hung out after school they would train their quirk's.
