She doesn't like them, and she wants change quick. With a little overthrowing to do, she make to the top and eventually starts wreaking havoc. However, from the icy plains of Tundrapolis, an arctic fox named Anton, known as the Protector of Prey, and a famous peace negotiator, joins the ZPD and is partnered up with Nick and Judy to put an end to this nonsense. He might break his taglines to get what he wants.

It's vacationing time for Anton, and he decides to spend it with Wendy. The relations are extended with visits from the Hopps and Zimas. However, when Anton arrives at Tundrapolis, with Wendy, things change at a rate Anton didn't like.
