As the Dream SMP members decide to meet up for the first time, it starts off as a very happy and fun holiday. Everyone seems to have fun with each other and everyone is excited to meet up, but the longer they are with each other, the more secrets get revealed. Apparently they didn't know each other as well as they thought. After one member completely changes, George and Dream are the only ones left to trust each other.

George and Clay are forced to leave each other's side after their parents fell out over Clay's brother having a boyfriend, they become forbidden to any kind of contact, because of a terrible fight between the two parents. But how long will that last? Neither of their parents are aware that George's and Clay's bond is anything more than a friendship, yet they both manage to form a secret relationship together managing to hide it from George's homophobic parents. At their best friend Sapnap's house they're able to be alone. Just as they think they are safe more problems arise. George is different and they are sick of being judged. As soon as George learns not to care anymore they change to the person they want to be. They start wearing nail polish, dresses like they want to, uses they/them pronouns and shows openly that they are gay by adding a rainbow badge on their bag. Clay, a closeted gay bully, scared of the world around him. He never shows the real him, because he's scared of being judged. Clay bullies George because he's actually really jealous of him and is in love with George. But Clay makes the biggest mistake by kissing George and his world seems to be collapsing. His secret is threatened to come out for the whole world, something he always planned on keeping a secret. I called them a boy cuz I didn't want to make mistakes, but I love the idea of them being non-binary!)

George hasn't had an easy life after being diagnosed with autism. Going to a public school as an autistic, highly intelligent boy, he clearly notices the differences between his classmates and himself, giving him a lot of insecurity and shame about his own behaviour. As his escape, he goes to a bakery for hours a day to calm his mind, but things change when a new boy who moved is hired. Unexpectedly, and for the first time, George decides to open himself up to the new boy, Clay, while at the same time, Clay slowly starts falling for his new best friend, George. Mostly fluff with some angst every now and then! ⚠️ I wrote this book from my own experience and my own mindset, as someone with diagnosed autism, highly intelligent and ADHD. I DON'T think people with autism are childish or cute, I'm not projecting a stereotype. This is from my own struggles with autism at a public school without special needs.

Dream is trying to hide his eating disorder, depression and anxiety really badly, but George and Sapnap start noticing more and more signals. When Dream is home alone, Sapnap and George fly over. Dream passes out and George and Sapnap realise something is completely wrong. At the same time Dream starts realising his crush on George, but George doesn't seem to feel the same... in fact he seems to be homophobic... All stories around the eating disorder, depression and anxiety are based on my own life, the ship isn't and everything based around their lives also isn't. George has been raped in the past, causing him a big trauma. Five years later he still keeps it a secret, due to people not believing him. But when this happens again, George's YouTube channel starts to suffer under his major depression, his PTSD and anxiety. He cuts off all contact causing Dream to fly out to his house after he has to go to hospital. But to make everything worse, George stops talking because of his trauma. He appears to be completely muted suddenly... When George moves to America, he needs to get used to everything. His new high school, all new people, his whole new life. George is scared for getting bullied again. He hopes to make a new start, but unfortunately, people don't leave him alone because of his condition: severe stuttering. He meets a boy, named Clay, who seems to accept him. George feels comfortable around him and notices he feels weird around him. Happier and positive, but very confused. His feelings start growing and both boys try and keep this a secret. After George and Clay got together, life went on. Unfortunately not everyone is happy with their relationship and they show this clearly. After a lot of bullying, trying to break their relationship and a lot of pain caused, George doesn't seem to be able to take it anymore. (I recommend reading the other first!)
