Fury puts the order out for the team to take Spider-Man in without the possible out come of a battle and get him to join. While behind the scenes. Tony and Steve are searching for a new addition to the family. A child to adopt. They search amongst the orphanages trying to find the right one. Enter Peter Parker. A 15 year old boy without any hope of being adopted. Seeing the fact that no one wants a kid who's already that old. Being the oldest in the orphanage isn't really the most amazing thing either. After losing everyone he loves, Peter Parker has to live on the streets. Yet he still only cares about other people so he still goes out every day as Spider-Man. What is going to happen if the Avengers are trying to catch him? Can he escape or will everyone find out the truth about this 'Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man'?

After escaping Hydra during a mission, 13 year old Peter Parker is put into child protection services who bring him to an orphanage full of abuse. After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Soon his actions are noticed by Shield and the Avengers and the team is put into action. During this madness Tony Rodgers Stark and Steve Rodger's Stark decide to adopt. May contain gore and probs bad language Completed And lastly none of the avengers or Spiderman belong to me, they belong to Marvel, however I created the storyline.

After Peter had been bitten by a spider and the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter became Spider-man. Living with his Aunt May, going to high school as a sophomore and at night saving the people of Queens from Robberies, Kidnappings and some of Spider-mans enemies. One day Peter comes home to see his Aunt May shot and killed just like his Uncle Ben. Peter was then taken to an Orphanage where he was neglected by the care takers only a few kids try to help him make it through his time in the Orphanage. But sadly over the time of three months Peter slowly stopped talking, the schools therapist that was in charged of helping Peter to talk again. Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression. Peter is actually the biological son of Tony and Pepper Stark. Though it has been kept a secret for the longest time, they plan to reveal the heir to the world when he is 16. Extra context: The world knows that Stark industries has an heir. everyone knows. they just don't know who it is. Peter Parker just lost his mom at the age of 14. He's never met his father. He's lived in London with his mom his whole life. But now that she's gone, he has to live with his father. What will he think when he finds out his father is Tony Stark? Now he's in New York where he has the craziest adventures, who knows maybe he'll learn to love his new life.
