Or are they both destined to lose everything they've fought for so far?

In this alternate ending of the Clato fanfiction "Needing the Impossible", Cato and Clove make it to the end of the Hunger Games and come out the victors. I could give you a lame synopsis, but I'd rather you just read it for yourself and tell me what you think :)
