Harry hates his curls, so he hides them using a beanie. Louis is a twink, and he loves people with curly hair.

In a world of intolerance, a corrupt political system, and starving homeless children, Louis Tomlinson (the leader of a gang of 30 children) kidnaps Harry Styles (the son of a stinking rich family) for ransom money in order to survive.

When Harry was little, he hated living in Oak Hollow. It was a stuck-up neighborhood in the suburbs full of broken families and white picket fences. But then, on a hot Summer day, a strange boy wearing heart-shaped sunglasses moves in across the street.

They had to pull back for air. Louis surveyed the guy's face, in awe of his blown pupils and sharp jawline, the way their shared spit glistened on his lips. "Hi," he breathed. He blinked, and came back to himself a little bit, blushing at his own boldness. "Sorry. Is this okay?" The stranger removed his right hand from the curve of Louis' waist in order to cup his jaw, tilting it up to the angle he desired. He pressed their lips together, murmuring, "Definitely." And then he kissed harder. (When Louis sees his ex-boyfriend kissing a random girl at a party, he acts out of blind jealousy. He kisses the first guy he can find. It turns into a thing.) After a serious accident, Harry suffers from a case of retrograde amnesia where he hasn't only forgotten the fact that he is a part of the world-famous band, One Direction, but his fiancé, Louis Tomlinson, as well. Despite being immensely grateful for Harry being alive, Niall, Liam, Zayn and especially Louis struggle with accepting that Harry might never remember the many things they experienced together; hell, even their friendship is forgotten. And Louis can't write push away the crippling fear of Harry not remembering that he loves Louis.
