**FAIR WARNING: YOU WILL HAVE TO BE PATIENT WITH CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, BUT IT IS THERE, AND WORTH THE READ. IF YOU ARE OVERLY SENSITIVE, DO NOT READ THIS BOOK* Logan Pierce and Noah Locke are sworn enemies. Both at the top of their class, holding themselves to the highest standards; both captains of their volleyball teams, Logan as the girls captain, Noah as the boys; and both constantly playing seemingly harmless pranks to get back at one another. Or, at least, they're usually harmless... If one thing is true, Noah Locke and Logan Pierce are not friends. But does that mean they could never be friends? Or transcend their title as enemies? Logan might take things too far sometimes, but there's a reason behind the angry front she puts on, and in order to get behind it, someone needs to show her that there's more to life than being the best at everything. Cue Noah Locke. When the two volleyball teams are sent away to a team bonding camp for a week over Fall break, Logan and Noah must learn to get along for the sake of their teams. Partnered up and made to do activities together and bond, the goal is for Noah and Logan to stop this ongoing feud. And when something happens at the bonding camp that brings Logan's vulnerable side up to bat, Noah is the one who has to bring her back. While Logan and Noah explore something other than hatred for one another, there are secrets and people who could be working in toll to bring them apart. But will they be able to transcend those factors and stop fighting for once? Or were they destined to be enemies forever? "Better Than You" challenges the idea that enemies have to stay enemies forever, and proves that if you don't run away from love, you may just find where you were meant to be.

Asya is the most promising ballerina the Royal Ballet has seen in years. Wildly ambitious, back-breakingly disciplined, and immensely driven, she has only one objective: prima ballerina. There is nothing she won't do to earn this once-in-a-generation title. But behind her ballerina grace she hides dark secrets of an inhumanly strict mother, pushing her body to cruel limits, and serial hookups with male dancers. Roman Zharnov is the star of the Russian ballet: young, successful, arrogant, beautiful, and worst of all, talented. He's come to London to clean up his reputation after a drug scandal nearly cost him his career. At the Royal Opera House he crosses paths with Asya, a nineteen-year-old soloist with spitfire in her eyes and a talent to match his own. Roman is convinced he's found the one ballerina that can keep up with him and his relentless work ethic, but Asya has a partner, and she wants to stay far away from the Russian prodigy with a reputation that won't seem to leave him alone. In the competitive world of classical ballet Asya is climbing the ranks and building a name for herself, but all the while she is playing a dangerous game behind the curtain. Roman is adamant they'd be a reverential on-stage match, but will soon find out that when it comes to Asya Radzevich, it's prima or nothing. • 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 by the amazing @mahgadahling • 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐑 Creature's plot is not intended for a young audience. Iris Donnelly, at the golden age of seventeen, hasn't opened her heart up to anybody. Her philosophy is to get through her last year of high school with straight-A's and her head down. She believes that her heart belongs in her ribcage, not in anybody else's hands. Not only is the pressure of school on her though, but she has severe anxiety after her mother's death. So what happens when she bumps into Pierce Wright, also known as the school's "bad boy"? What happens when she's supposed to be his tutor? What happens when they start to tear down their masks and really get to know all parts of each other - both the good and the bad? And when happens when they become next door neighbors? ✾ DISCLAIMER: While the story has been 100% written by me, this was made to be cliché (strangely enough, it was my attempt to write a good cliché). The pictures weren't taken by me for the face claims! WARNING: This story also contains some heavy topics like anxiety, death, and self-harm. Cursing has been censored with astericks but it does have mature content (nothing sexual though).
