Dicho evento en concreto, logra acaparar la atención de cierto suramericano quien vive aferrado a una quimera que hasta ese momento, parecía una utopía completamente impensable: consolidarse como una potencia miliciana regional capaz de hacerle frente a cualquiera de sus enemigos, rivales y vecinos quienes tuvieran la osadía de hacerle frente con gran audacia asimismo de auténtica gallardía. Con esa premisa entre manos, dicha nación conocida como la República de Chile recurre a la ayuda de la nueva urbe o en específico, al Reino de Prusia, por medio de su embajada ubicada en Berlín con la intención final de obtener los conocimientos necesarios para hacer realidad su anhelado sueño juntamente con las tácticas, maniobras y secretos que ayudaron a la nueva nación a convertirse en la gran potencia que eran actualmente. No obstante, a parte de la aprobación germánica, el chileno hallará algo que iba mucho más allá de asuntos políticos y militares. Una sensación que para su agitada época llena de transiciones de todo tipo, no tenía cabida en lo absoluto.
