It was all normal, until a video showed up in recommendations. A video of some sort, a person's death, recorded right then and there with low quality but able to see it happen. There's no way to report or delete the video which some tried, but would have a chance to get a virus or get their account shut down. The video was followed by another and another which is the same kind of the last video. The heroes would try to stop the channel from posting more which they have a theory that it's some sort of quirk.
