Phil Lester is an eight year old boy with no real friends. He does though, have imaginary friends. They are, in Phil's opinion, better then real people, especially one. A little boy named Dan. Dan is the one that he could never forget, no matter how old he got. But, one day, he did. Fast forward sixteen years, Phil is a 24 year old living in the heart of London. He had completely given up on the idea of imaginary friends years ago, and had learned to live in the world.
