One sunny afternoon in Adventure Bay, Skye is enjoying a peaceful walk when she suddenly hears faint whimpers coming from behind a bush. Curious and concerned, she investigates and finds a small, frightened puppy all alone and lost. Without hesitation, Skye gently comforts the puppy and decides to bring it back to the Lookout. At the Lookout, the whole Paw Patrol team gathers to help. Ryder calls on Chase, Marshall, and the others to search for clues about the puppy's family. Skye stays close, keeping the puppy calm and safe, while also using her flying skills to help scan the town from above. As the pups follow clues and ask around Adventure Bay, Skye forms a special bond with the lost puppy, learning how important it is to be brave, patient, and caring - especially when someone needs help the most. Together, the Paw Patrol works tirelessly until they finally find the puppy's worried family waiting nearby. With a joyful reunion, Skye feels proud knowing that she helped bring a family back together. The adventure reminds everyone that no pup should ever feel alone when friends are ready to lend a paw.

The story recounts the events that took place a few days after Rubble was found. (Occurred in PAW Patrol episode S1 E12). Life-altering events can happen to anyone at any time. The only part you can control is how you react to it. When Chase goes missing during a code red, Skye quickly spirals into depression. When Ryder buys a new PC and installs a game called Minecraft on it, the pups are interested and wants to know how the game works, then the next day when Ryder leaves them to play it on their own, Chase accidentally installs too many mods that caused the PC to override and explode and shutting of the screen. When Ryder took it to get it fixed the next day, the Mechanic said that it was all fine and Ryder was relieved that no harm was done. Or so he thought so. Things very quickly started to change as monsters invaded Adventure Bay and forcing everyone out of their home. With this new threat, Ryder and the Paw Patrol will have to go on a mission to find out what caused this and face off against a new enemy.
