He was struggling with new recruits recently, so he turned to an old friend that who could help him. He thought it was time for the operators meet some of the best handpicked soldiers on the planet. Some of the Rainbow Operators have heard of this Task Force. It didn't have a name. It only went by a set of numbers. 1-4-1.
