The life of teenagers seem to change daily,exposed to new ideas and other stuff like social situations,bullying and racism.Teenagers work to achieve their goals.Before their teenage years these people would like to focus on their studies,sports and approvals from their parents.But there's one thing you need to know,being a teenager is harder than being an adult.Their body is immunly under stress al the time and peer pressure is among them.Some don't get enough sleep due to what is going on in their lives. Also they are always having their mind on stuff like ending their lives hurting themselves and more.But I would advice them to just let go of everything and start anew life and forget the past.
