This a story that originated from on of my one shots. Its about how Virgil and Roman were friends since diapers, and they go to school together, and they stay by each others side, to protect one another from the real world, and the judgmental people.

This is not fanfic! I have Sanders Sides fanfiction but this is not one of them! A list of all nicknames the Sides have ever called each other.

"Remus and Roman, Roman and Remus!" Our mother used to sing when she'd scoop us up into her arms like we were a gift from the heavens. She'd swing us through the air, when we were still small enough for her to. She used to nuzzle her nose against ours and coo. "My boys." Now, when we help make dinner, Dad only asks: "Remus, what would you like tonight?" No one uses my name anymore. It isn't Remus and Roman, Roman and Remus. It's just Remus. *Some Time Ago* *??? POV* ???: NO! DON'T HURT THEM! I'LL DO ANYTHING JUST LEAVE THEM ALONE! The women in front of me stops for a second. ?: Hmm... Interesting, what do you propose? I will protect them. ???: My life for theirs. I'd trade my life for theirs anyday. Without hesitation. ?: How do you know I won't kill them once you're gone? She takes another step towards them, her hand glowing a deep red. ???: You may be evil, but you're always loyal to you're deals. She thinks for a bit. ?: Alright, fair enough. We have a deal. She walks towards me with her hand now glowing blue and reaches out. I can hear them yelling, but I will protect them. ???: Deal. We shake hands. I immediately start screaming and fall to my knees. I use my last bit of strength to glance over at them. They're gone. That means they're safe and back home. I smile lightly as I black out. *?? POV* ??: Such a selfless act that deserves to rewarded.
