This fic was formerly titled "The Mudblood (Draco Malfoy x Reader)" if you don't know why you have this saved!! After experiencing many strange phenomenons when feeling heavy emotions, Y/N is given a letter holding the sensitive information that she is a witch. It is apparent that she would need to learn how to control her abilities and is sent to a mysterious academy for Witchcraft and Wizardry called Hogwarts. When she arrives, Y/N catches the eye of numerous boys, and things seem to be getting better with her new start. But not everyone falls for the whole "new girl" thing, the most notable person to not buy it being Draco Malfoy. He challenges Y/N, initially intending to ruin things for her, but quickly grows weak to her inviting personality. Once the mysterious aura around Y/N fades, almost every problem possible arises. She seems to always be dragged back into her past life in the muggle world. Through all of this, Y/N discovers she has a strange attachment to Voldemort that she can't explain and is constantly being manipulated through elaborate plans to become an easier target for the dark lord.
