Luna Lupin came from a tumultous childhood filled with secrecy and a family haunted by the stigmatised illness of lycanthropy, thrown into a society that views her older brother, Remus, with suspcion and fear. She's used to being seen as a second option and afterthought. However, when the one person that she fancied, Sirius Black, breaks off the secret arrangement he had with her, Luna decides she's done with it. So it's through a plot of revenge that she finally approaches her Astronomy tutor, Regulus Black, for a fake relationship. Regulus Black, the one who had been born the spare, had been suddenly been thrown into the spotlight when his brother Sirius ran away, leaving him to learn to be the Heir of the House alone. Keen to find a way to hurt his brother, he accepts the most ludicrous plot. But if he is to do it, he's to do it right. Regulus and Luna find themselves swimming in deeper waters than they expected, esnared in a web of lies, secrets and painful truths, but they are not to let go of one another. WARNING: This story may be uncomfortable for some readers, for it includes themes such as DOMESTIC ABUSE, CHILD ABUSE and (although in lighter tones) EATING DISORDERS, amongst other heavy subjects that might be triggering. Please, be advised going in.

[ EDITING] James Potter was a skilled and talented wizard, his name a renowned one amongst Hogwarts students. Many knew him because of his outstanding Quidditch skills, most because of his infatuation with Lily Evans, but everyone knew he was a key member of the infamous Marauders that tormented the castle on a daily basis. Everyone thought he was an open book, easy to read, easy to keep up with. No one really understood how a chap as charming as James Potter would end up falling in love with Alexis Riddle, a renowned name in her own right, for being Lord Voldemort's little sister that is. But of course, James had always been cursed with having the worst of luck in love, and the fact that his loved one had been conceived under the use of a love potion proved so. Mia Black loves many things. Renaissance paintings, the muggle movie Pulp Fiction (have you seen a narrative timeline so fucked up?)... and maybe George Weasley?

"Autumn used to be my favourite season, until I met you" Autumn Carrow was a Slytherin alumni, similar to the Malfoy's or the Greengrass's. Her father being Amycus Carrow was practically Slytherin royalty, known for his years of tormenting while he himself along with his sister attended Hogwarts. Autumn had large shoes to fill and she was definitely filling them, no one other than her fellow Slytherin's enjoyed being in her company, not that they would with her family reputation, although mainly because of her likeness to her fathers ways. The Weasley boys, specifically George, didn't take well to the girl, in fact, George couldn't stand her. Unlucky for him, she was too smart for her own good, and had been bumped up a class in positions, bumped up to his class. The girl who'd always had the upper hand found herself rendered useless when it came to beating George Weasleys wit and charm. The two became rivals in every sense of the word, that was until the unthinkable happened. The characters and settings are all owned by the author of the Harry Potter books however the OC and the storyline is my own :)
