Louis' new roommate is shy, skittish, and flinches at the slightest sounds. He's an art major who gets drunk on cherry wine, wears lacy lingerie, and shows up late at night covered in bruises that blossom across his skin like flowers. Obviously something is wrong. His father is even the priest at their local chapel. Since Louis was young, he was taught the ways of bible. It was basically burned into him. One thing that was constantly preached to him was that being gay is wrong. "A sin." They said. "You'll go to hell." They spoke. "A man shall not lay with another man" But what happens when Louis feels something? Like he doesn't belong.. Like he's different. When a new lad comes into work at the coffee shop Louis is already employed at, all he's ever known goes out the window. He's knows it's wrong. He's captivated by this boy. But everything will fall apart.

Louis has a habit of not complaining. Harry hates it because, sometimes if you don’t complain, bad things happen; like ending up in the ICU.
